Its really training my resistance. But i have this day once a week when i let myself go and eat a bunch of chocolate and pizza. So i always hold myself back and think "stay strong...wait for Friday!". I say avoid burgers even as much as possible. I'm really glad that you've been exercising a bit. The specialists recommend 30 minutes of exercise a day (which means 30 minutes of exercise that makes your heart beat, aka, cardio). Weight lifting really isn't that important for your health, but cardio keep you young and in shape. Unfortunately, I just can't bring myself to do any exercise, but I say that I make up for it in good food choices.
